"Department account has been easy to use"
i mean, we order gear through our department account and it’s been smooth. It’s easy to keep track of invoices and who’s using the account. We had one small issue with an address, but support fixed it quickly. Definitely makes buying stuff for the station way less of a headache.

I ordered from thefirestore.com and maybe I just had bad luck, but the delivery took way longer than they originally said. The tracking barely updated too, so for a few days I had no idea where my order was or if I was just being impatient. It did show up eventually, but I don’t think I’d rely on them if I needed something by a specific date.

I placed a bulk order and the whole coordination process felt messier than it should’ve been. The emails were slow, and at one point one message said one thing while another seemed to say something different, so I wasn’t totally sure what was actually happening. There was also a size mix-up that took way too long to get sorted out. It eventually got handled, but it was a hassle.

I had to wait a little before anyone got back to me, which made me wonder if I was about to get the usual runaround. But once customer service responded, they were quick, helpful, and actually sorted things out smoothly.

"Exchange was okay, but I felt a bit brushed off"
I had to exchange a jacket for a different size, and overall it went mostly fine. The return instructions were clear enough, so that part wasn’t really an issue. The frustrating part was that the refund/update took a few days longer than I expected, and when I reached out, the response kind of made me feel dismissed at first. Customer service did eventually reply properly and get it sorted out, so I’ll give them credit for that. Not a perfect experience, but I’d probably still order again.

"Engraving turned out really nice"
I ordered a gift from thefirestore.com and had it engraved, and I wasn’t sure how it would look in person. It came out really sharp and just easy to read, with no weird scratches or uneven spots. Shipping was fine too. I’m happy with how it turned out and would just order engraving from them again.

I tried placing my order twice and the payment kept failing, even though my card was totally fine. It eventually went through later, but that kind of hassle makes me question whether the checkout is reliable. Customer service did respond, but they were slow, so overall it wasn’t the best experience for the money or time spent

I liked that the safety certification details were right there on the product page and easy to understand. I was ordering during a busy afternoon while trying to get a few other things done, so not having to dig around or guess what was actually approved made the whole process a lot less stressful.

I had a little issue with my gear, nothing huge, just one of those annoying things that pops up when you least expect it. I reached out about the warranty and, they handled it easily. It took a few emails back and forth, which is kind of just how these things go, but they got it sorted without making it a big hassle...

"Felt ignored at the showroom"
I stopped by the showroom hoping to get a better feel for everything, but I left feeling disappointed. The staff looked busy, which I get, but I stood around for a while and no one really made an effort to check in or ask if I needed anything.
The showroom itself looked nice enough, but the whole experience felt cold and a bit dismissive. If I’m considering spending that kind of money, I’d expect at least a little attention or basic helpfulness.
